About MCS
Since the start of our company, we have been taking care of the environment. This has resulted in the ECO GSM Technology. All MCS Gateway products are produced according to this technology, which stands for:
- Variable reduction of transmitting power depending on distance to GSM-base station in order to save transmitting power
- The use of a microcontroller in order to avoid high power consumption – typically is 90mA to 150mA (logged on to network) or 150mA to 225mA (call in progress).
- Components that pollute the environment are avoided whenever possible.
- RoHS compliant
- No use of polluting plastic casing
- Packaging 100% recyclable
- MCS buys material/components as much as possible locally in order to avoid polluting shipping. Production takes place in Germany.
- The products are long-lasting products which hardly go defective, thus avoiding unnecessary waste material
