MCS Europe Group wordt onderdeel van Addtech

MCS Europe Group, met vestigingen in Rotterdam en Mechelen, wordt onderdeel van de Addtech groep.
Addtech is een meer dan 100 jaar oude Zweedse onderneming, die vanaf 2001 beursgenoteerd is en die zich richt op Value Added technologie-oplossingen. Addtech is een volledig gedecentraliseerde organisatie met daarin een 140-tal Value Added Distributeurs die zelfstandig acteren. Bedrijven die vallen onder de Addtech-groep combineren de flexibiliteit, zelfstandigheid en efficiëntie van het MKB-bedrijf met de middelen, het netwerk en het langetermijnperspectief van het grote bedrijf.
Martin Fassl, Business Area Manager Addtech Automation: “MCS komt te vallen in de business divisie Automation en zal op deze manier kunnen profiteren van de aanwezige kennis van zo’n 40 aantal bedrijven in deze divisie. MCS zal echter zelfstandig doorgaan met hetzelfde portfolio en dezelfde leveranciers. MCS klanten zullen hier in eerste instantie niks van merken, maar op lange termijn kunnen deze klanten profiteren van de extra expertise die de Addtech-groep zal inbrengen.“

MCS Europe Group becomes part of Addtech
MCS Europe Group, with offices in Rotterdam and Mechelen, will immediately become part of the Addtech group.
Addtech is a more than 100-year-old Swedish company, listed on the stock exchange since 2001, focusing on Value Added technology solutions. Addtech is a fully decentralised organisation containing about 140 Value Added Distributors acting independently. Companies that fall under the Addtech group combine the flexibility, independence and efficiency of the SME with the resources, network and long-term perspective of the large company.
Martin Fassl, Business Area Manager Addtech Automation: “MCS will fall into the Automation business division and will thus be able to benefit from the knowledge present in 40 companies in this division. However, MCS will continue independently with the same portfolio and suppliers. MCS customers will not notice anything of this at first, but in the long term, these customers can benefit from the additional expertise that the Addtech group will bring in.“
